Carrot, Apple, Ginger Pops: Our Summer Staple

Carrot, apple and ginger pops are a staple in the Rad household. So when my friend Jessica (who is on a fabulous road trip right now) asked me if I could write a guest post for her, I really wanted to share my recipe.
